The risk with an unheatlhy lifestyle is that we get tired, more often out of balance, have a worse mood and may even lose the desire to do what we think is fun. Unfortunately, it is difficult to change a habitual pattern even though we know what we should do.

For 8 weeks, there are four group meetings (workshops), and individual study with video sessions online. You will also have support, discuss your experiences with the trainer and the other participants. Between the workshops, you get the opportunity to reflect and ideas on how you want to create the healthy life you want.

You will be given the keys to how to be in control of unhealthy habits. Together, we learn, explore, laugh, fight, celebrate, support each other, and step by step create healthier habits.

Ulla Lilliehook

Ulla is enthusiastic about helping people grow. She has 25 years' experience of coaching and helping people develop personally as well as in their work (efficiency, increased quality, work-life balance, leadership and healthy habits). She has taken numerous courses in work life pedagogy, coaching, research on happiness, mindfulness and well-being (positive psychology). Ulla is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) at the International Coach Federation.

… Ulla is also working on the process of becoming healthier. Therefore, she has vast knowledge and experience of how difficult it can be to change even when you know what you need to do and how to do it. Ulla has for many years read about research in health and herself trying to live healthier. As a result, Ulla has tried several methods - more or less successful. Her own experiments have given her the insight that there is no one-size-fits-all method. The combination of many years as a coach and her own health experiences means that she is keen to help others find their way to a healthier life. Always taking into account each individual's starting position, opportunities, needs and ambitions.

  • Get healthier in 8 weeks

    This course will mix 4 workshops in person and an online video course. At the first workshop - KICK OFF - you will get the course structure. You don't need any previous knowledge in Healthy Habits. There is limited availability for 15 people in each group.

  • Course access

    It will take time to change your unhealthy habits, but it is also important to have a boost in the beginning when trying to change something. The estimated time to complete this course is 1-2 hours per week + the workshops for 8 weeks and additional time for voluntary exercises. The video tutorials are available online for 12 months following the launch.

  • Your learning

    To help you learn and grow, you will get goals to each workshop and in the tutorials online there are reflection questions in each chapter. As a memory aid, you will create a personal journal which will guide you through your journey. Further information and support will be available via newsletters and a dedicated forum for participants.
