What is "Healthy Habits" by Johaloha?
Over time, for many reasons, we often develop some unhealthy habits. These bad habits can take on many forms, such as snacks, sweets or alcohol or we may also become less active and not move around enough. Unfortunately, it can often prove difficult to stop or to adopt healthier habits to achieve a better balance.
In fact, I will join you on this course, as I also need to be healthier. You will have me by your side to share our setbacks and successes, and together we will become healthier.
